I graduated from Centennial College in May 2001 and received my massage therapist designation from the CMTO. I began my massage career in Whitby until I moved to Bradford in late 2009. I have worked in a spa setting, a massage focused clinic and 2 chiropractic clinics, as well as having my own home based business. In 2005 I graduated with honours from the Durham College paramedic program and recei

ved my A-EMCA designation from the Ministry of Health at the same time. I am currently employed as a full time paramedic. In July 2013 I started my journey to become a certified Doula. I am now certified as a birth doula through DONA International. After having my first child I realized the need for women in labor support roles. Due to all of my commitments with family and work, I take minimal births each year. Stress Rx Massage is based on the belief that all patients' needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs.
