The Heart of Bragg Creek is a Yoga Studio & Cafe. We are nestled on the foothills of the Rockies and are waiting for you.

The Heart Cafe opened its doors January 1 2017.

Come join us for a cup of coffee, home made treats or a yoga class. Make us your pit stop before or after hitting the trails, on your way in or out of the city, or just come and visit us, We welcome you.
