In Order to keep our patients and therapist safe as possible, we have implemented many new policies and procedures, based on the guidance of our Regulatory Colleges and the Ministry of Health.

This includes:

1. Enhanced COVID-19 screening procedures
(For patient and Practitioners/Therapist)

2. Increased cleaning and disinfecting after each treatment.

3. Wearing a mask throughout the treatment and asking patients to do the same.

4. Non-contact temperature readings of anyone who walks in the clinic.


5. Maintain distancing in the reception area.

5. Removal of all magazines and items that can harbor or transfer germs of any kind in the waiting room.

6. Installed sneeze guards or droplet barriers at all reception area


7. Hand sanitizing/washing before and after each appointments by our team and by our patients.


8. Regular wiping down of all surfaces, with high level disinfectant, that have contact in common areas like doors, light switch, counter top.

9. Keeping a Visitors Log for Contact Tracing *This would include people in the clinic aside from patients/clients (couriers, guardians accompanying a patient/client, etc).

10. Contactless-payment will be available and all receipts and invoices will be emailed.
