🌟 March Break Discovery Camp – Mississauga 🌟

Looking for a fun, engaging, and skill-building camp this March Break? Join us at Aim Pediatric Therapy’s brand-new Mississauga branch for a unique camp experience designed to help children explore, learn, and grow!

Our March Break Discovery Camp combines play-based learning, sensory exploration, and social skill development in our state-of-the-art sensory motor gym, featuring an interactive projector, movement activities, and NET (Natural Environment Teaching) models that make learning fun and meaningful.

Led by our experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and behaviour specialists, each day includes structured activities that support communication, sensory regulation, teamwork, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

☀️Take a look at some of the incredible moments from our ABA summer camp — Camp Navigate 2025! ☀️

This summer, our campers have been busy exploring the outdoors, engaging in creative play, and building important life skills along the way. From designing their very own birdhouses, making s’mores, to visiting local farms, and cooling off at the splash pad, every activity has been thoughtfully planned to combine fun with meaningful learning.

Behind each adventure is a strong foundation of ABA strategies that help support growth in areas like communication, fine motor development, social interaction, and life skills all while having fun! We’re so proud of everything our learners have accomplished so far this summer — the confidence, joy, and progress we’re seeing each day is truly inspiring. 💛

🎉 Here are some fun moments from our Game Masters group having a blast learning and laughing through play! From emotions bingo, parachute play to classic board games such as snakes and ladders, each activity was designed to help kiddos build social confidence, express their feelings, and practice flexible thinking — all with the support of our amazing and supportive ABA team.

Each session kicked off with a warm welcome circle, where we checked in with how everyone was feeling using visuals and the zones of regulation.

During game time, children took part in fun team challenges, movement games, and cooperative board games that allowed them to practice their social skills. We wrapped up with a peaceful cool down and reflection, where kids got to celebrate their progress, talk about any challenges and get ready for what’s next.

We’re so proud of the growth we got to see each week in our little leaders! 💙💜

⛳️ Our first day of the Game Masters ABA program was a huge success, filled with fun, laughter, and skill-building! Our kiddos had a blast diving into a variety of classic board games including UNO, Headbandz, Candy Land, Snakes & Ladders, Connect 4 and much more.

Each game provided the perfect opportunity to work on turn-taking, following directions, communication, and good sportsmanship all while having a great time with peers!

It was amazing to see all our kiddos cheering each other on, asking questions, and practicing flexible thinking during game time. We’re so proud of how each kiddo engaged, and we can’t wait to share more fun moments from the program.
