DOCTORS WILL NEVER TELL U TO GET A LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE! BUT WHY??? 🤔 ⬇️
Because most doctors (especially general
practitioners and surgeons) receive very little to no training on how the lymphatic system functions outside of pathology…. meaning, unless it’s a disease like lymphedema or cancer, they don’t learn much about natural ways to stimulate lymph flow or its wellness benefits. The medical system focuses on TREATMENT & NOT PREVENTION! Western medicine is more reactive than proactive. Doctors are trained to diagnose and prescribe based on symptoms, not necessarily to recommend complementary therapies that enhance the body’s natural detox and healing processes.

So next time you’re wondering why! Remember this! 💞

Fear has held me back so many times on this app 😒 the fear of posting, the fear of not getting likes, the fear of showing up and not “looking the part.” But I’ve had to check myself and say, SCREW THAT! God didn’t give me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind! 🙏

One thing I’ve learned is that real progress doesn’t come without discomfort. The more you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone, the more growth you’ll experience 💯
