Eau Therapy

Eau Therapy Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy for Adults We offer one-to-one counselling for those who wish to "look within" and begin to heal.

Sessions are typically 1 hour or 1.5 hours and are available at our office, on the phone or via Skype. See the "Payments" page for information on the costs of sessions. We work with clients experiencing challenges with:

- mental health (e.g. depression, anxiety)

- interpersonal relations

- abuse

- post-traumatic stress

- low self-esteem

- grief

- sexuality

- social isolation

- addictions

- support for family/friends/caregivers of individuals with mental health challenges

Concentric Care counselling sessions include:

- An initial consultation by phone, free of charge

- 3 in-depth discussions about you and your challenges

- Utilizing a plan, including goals and reflection

- If needed, referrals to further sources of help

Concentric Care offers an open, non-judgmental environment that adheres to the code of ethics of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and the code of ethics of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, which ensure that each client will be respected and each case will be held in the strictest confidence. Privacy: We hold each case in the strictest confidence. Safety: We place our clients' safety and protection above everything. Respect: We respect each client and his/her right to make independent choices. Openness: We offer an open, non-judgmental environment in which the client is welcome to share anything that s/he wishes. Professionalism: We strive to give clients the highest standard of care, and will refer clients to more appropriate services if we cannot meet their needs.
