As a war survivor, and immigrant, I understand how deeply life’s challenges, whether from past
experiences or current pressures, can affect your emotional and physical well-being. I work with people healing from war, displacement, violence, abuse, grief, and workplace-related stress or burnout. I also support women experiencing reproductive mental health challenges, including infertility, perinatal and postpartum depression
or anxiety, pregnancy and infant loss, and related trauma.
My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and
culturally sensitive, drawing on EMDR, CBT, DBT and other evidence-based therapies to support your unique journey. Together, we focus on helping you process your experiences, regain a sense of safety, and build resilience so you can feel more grounded, balanced, and hopeful about the future.
