URS provides services and supports to respond rapidly to prevent escalation of risk of harm to self, others and/or property.

Meet Audrey, an ErinoakKids cerebral palsy and Botox clinic client!

But first, what is cerebral palsy (CP)? CP is an umbrella term for a group of movement and posture disorders caused by damage to the developing brain.

CP varies in severity and motor type and can be accompanied by pain, fatigue and other health conditions that can increase complexity and affect quality of life.

Thanks to our Botox clinic, Audrey's quality of life has significantly improved. Since receiving Botox injections, Audrey has begun using her walker by herself and she can even walk flat, without standing on her tip-toes, a huge milestone for a child with CP.
