1. Iso Lat Pulldown (Supinated Grip)
3 × 10–12 + 1 back-off set × 15
→ Focus on full stretch and controlled contraction. Supinated grip helps increase lower lat engagement and bicep involvement.

2. Iso Dumbbell Row/ machine
3 × 10–12
→ Unilateral work to fix imbalances and improve mind-muscle connection. Keep torso stable, drive elbow back.

3. Close Grip Lat Pulldown
3 × 10–12
→ Targets mid-to-lower lats. Keep elbows tucked and control the negative for maximum tension.

4. Cable Row (Overhand, Medium Grip)
3 × 12–15
→ Upper-back thickness focus. Pull towards mid-torso, emphasize scapular retraction.

5. Rope Pullover
4 × 15
→ Isolation finisher for lats. Keep arms slightly bent and focus on constant tension throughout the movement.
