👉🏼 Are you a mom that notices some pelvic floor *changes* since having kids?
👉🏼 Are you tired of working out alone?

Mamas, we have the class for you! We are excited to invite you to a 3-week Pelvic Health Workshop & Workout class this May and June, led by Dr. .alenarusso & .daniellarusso 🤍

This series is designed to help you learn more about your body, strengthen key muscles and connect with a community of women in a supportive environment!

Each session includes education and guided exercises to improve core and pelvic floor function-all while moving and having fun!

When: Fri May 30, Fri June 6 & Fri June 20
Time: 7:30,pm - 8:30 pm
Place: in their beautiful space at 75 Rosedale Avenue W, Unit 6
