My experience with Dr. Choice Rehab has been excellent. Dr. Sam and Chirag have been my “go to” for aches and adjustments. We’re not getting any younger so we need every little help we can get. Every visit is pleasant and I’m always greeted with a smile.

Omar is the brains of the operation. He knows each patient by name and gets them ready in the right order for treatment. It’s fun watching him move people around from one room to the next. He easily surpasses 10K steps in that small office.

Their team is expanding as I see new members. This is a true testament of their customer service, dedication, hard work.

I have been seeing Dr Sam for many years , he has treated me with great care , and has mended me from many injuries over the years .
