☀️ It's the first day of summer! It's always great to stay active year round. But starting in the Summer is always a great start for those who are beginning a new active journey, as it is a great time to get outside with the sun shining!
We recommend walking for at least 30 minutes everyday to increase:
🚶cardiovascular fitness
🚶strengthen bones
🚶reduce excess body fat,
🚶 boost muscle power and endurance.
Those at risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis, walking at least 30 minutes will decrease your risk of developing said conditions.
