I decided to combine two of my passions, which is living an amazing lifestyle in warm sunny weather and fitness. I’m starting my own retreat where you’ll be working out, performing yoga, and doing different physical activities like hiking to waterfalls up to 5 times per day. You’ll eat amazing fresh healthy meals & have lots of adventure. We go island hopping, camp, watch live bands, dance, watch fire shows and much more.

💭life is so crazy! I shut down my gym of 15 + years down less than year ago, I almost became a school bus driver, and now I'm starting my first ever fitness and adventure retreat...IN THE PHILIPPINES 🇵🇭

This wasn't by luck though…. I've adapted to new situations and most of all manifested for years! Goes to show, hard work and manifesting goals really does work!! Put your goals out there everyday! Even if its just you writing it down. Drawing it. Watching it! Or talking about it! You get one life. Speak your truth and follow your dreams!

If you need to hear this, keep your head up and keep going. The stormy days suck…that dark tunnel is scary…the grind will get lonely… but if you keep going and never give up, you'll see light! You'll find your way again! Keep learning! Keep growing! Keep going! Things get better on this next chapter. I'm speaking from many experiences.

Gain back your posture and move more pain free by getting off your ass and stretching. Bonus points if you can go for a walk.

Your health is more important than the dollars you make sitting at your desk or whatever you're sitting a lot for.
