1. Child's Pose
This gentle yoga stretch relaxes your spine and releases tension in lower back muscles. Sit back on your heels, fold forward with arms extended, and hold for 30-60 seconds. Perfect for immediate relief and flexibility.

2. Knee-to-Chest Stretch
A simple stretch that relaxes hips and lower back. Lie on your back, pull one knee toward your chest, hold for 30 seconds, then switch legs. This exercise reduces stiffness and improves mobility.

3. Pelvic Tilt
