To My LeaderHERship Team—The Anchors of 100 Strong and Sexy,

Where do I even begin? There are no words big enough to express the depth of my gratitude for each and every one of you. You didn’t just lead—you loved. You didn’t just step up—you stood firm. You built real, lasting relationships with women who chose to restore their faith in female friendships. You lived out the mission: Unity is our strength. Community is our currency. And because of that, because of you, this movement became more than I could have ever imagined.

I can only hope and pray that you gained as much from this experience as I did from having you in my inner circle. This isn’t just leadership—it’s sisterhood. And while our paths may take us in different directions, I know that for many of us, we will continue on together—through the power of STEP, through the fasting program, through my other business entities. But for those we may not be directly connected with day to day, please know this: Our hearts will always remain in sync in spirit.

I love you. I appreciate you. I pray for your next steps as I ask for prayers for mine. Yes, there’s sadness in this transition, but there is also so much excitement, so much anticipation for what God has next. We are not just closing a chapter—we are preparing for a whole new book.

Cheers to BUILDING—to creating something that has never been built before, not just in Canada, but in our community. This is legacy. This is impact. And this is just the beginning.

Happy Day 2000+ & 20 Cycles!

To Every Woman Who Has Ever Been a Part of 100 Strong and Sexy,

From the very first step to the very last rep, you have been part of something extraordinary. Whether you joined for a season or stayed for the long haul, you have left a mark that will never fade. 100 Strong and Sexy was never just about movement—it was about healing, about stepping into our power, about finding strength in ourselves and each other. And for that, I am forever grateful.

This journey was never mine alone. God assigned it to me, and I was obedient. And just as I followed His call then, I am following it now—to what’s next, to where He needs me, to the people He has set in place for me to meet and be impacted by. He gave me the gift of healing, but I often ask myself: Who heals the healer? The answer, I now realize, is obedience. It is stepping fully into my purpose, into my next level, into my big, big dreams—dreams that are no longer just visions but realities in motion.

If you are reading this and you were ever a part of 100 Strong and Sexy, know that I love you. If you are reading this and you were never a member, know that I love you too. Because this journey, this legacy, this movement—it lives on in every step we take forward.

Dear Beautiful Sister,

It is with immense joy that I invite you to the inaugural Flourish & Feast brunch, a celebration of the 6-year anniversary of 100 Strong and Sexy, founded from my heart to yours. This special event is for both current members and all alumni who have been part of our journey over the last six years. It is a tribute to the strength, growth, and unity of women like you, who have flourished in your own journeys while uplifting others along the way.

With a bridge permanently tattooed on my arm, I created Flourish & Feast as a way to bring us together, to celebrate our shared commitment to self-care, mental health, physical fitness, and spiritual wellness. This is more than just a brunch—it’s a gathering of sisters, past and present, a time to reflect on how far we’ve come and to honour the bonds that make us stronger.

As we feast, we also flourish in each other’s company, and I cannot wait to celebrate your dedication, resilience, and the beauty of sisterhood that has brought us all here. Additionally, I am excited to share that partial proceeds from the event will be donated to the Jully Black Family Foundation, extending our love and support even further.
