Luna House Yoga & Pilates Luna House Yoga & Pilates Studio is a community-rooted space for movement, healing, and strength. Located in the heart of Bolton.

We offer Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and specialty workshops designed to support every body and every journey. As an Empowerment Life Coach, Mentor and Educator, I am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions. I am also an energy intuitive and use Oracle cards and Crystal Infused Reiki as a tool to help provide guidance for clients. Akashic Records Reading allows for a deep look at the soul, obtaining knowledge that will help transform your life. Focusing on obtaining knowledge that is harmonious with your soul’s growth. Together we will work on manifesting the life that aligns with your dreams! Physical practice is an important part of our spiritual journey, sessions are specifically designed to meet your needs and goals, whether through Yoga or Pilates. We work to heal the whole self not just the one part.

Our Story

I began my journey with yoga 10 years ago, I was looking to increase my flexibility and lose weight. In that process I discovered Kripalu, a discipline of yoga that connected with me deeply, focusing on breath, mindful movement and going deeper within yourself. Meditation is incorporated in my daily practice and classes. I work privately and can be found in studios. Yoga saved me numerous times, helping find my strength spiritually, mentally and physically. I focus on sharing this practice on and off the mat. Unravel the webs of life with every breath and movement.
