Taking care of myself is a lot of work. And honestly? That’s probably why I avoided it for so long.

Even as a dietitian, I sometimes push my own self-care to the bottom of the list.
But right now, I’m in Italy… and using this time to hit reset.

I’m getting back to:

POV: a dietitian cooking a month’s worth of dog food 🐶🍲 I’m making dog food for a month, putting it into little baggies and freezing it. It’s more nutritious, cheaper, and he loves it! Lucky is allergic to chicken and beef, so this batch has fish, sweet potato, white potato, and veggies. I also add a scoop of glucosamine powder to each serving before freezing.🐾
