Who else does their best thinking on long drives???

Today Long drive thoughts are about my introvert children he is now 16yrs young. Raising him has been a learning process for both him and myself. As I learn and grow even with 20 plus years of experience working with all types of personalities, disorders etc.. I am always a student of life lessons and as I grow my Village here are some of the lessons I have learned.

Did you know they're not shy, they just recharge differently?

Here are three tips to support them:
First, respect their alone time. Let them recharge and do their thing.

Second, prepare them for social situations. Role-play, talk about expectations, and offer support.

Third, advocate for flexible participation in school. Maybe they prefer writing down thoughts or working in small groups.

Let's celebrate and support our quiet strengths!
