Friends & Advocates Peel & Surrounding Areas Friends & Advocates offers Social Rehabilitation to individuals with mental health or emotional distress to prevent isolation.

We provide our members with opportunities to engage so they may become a part of their communities, as they themselves define it Friends & Advocates Peel is a Community, Adult, Social Rehabilitation, Mental Health Organization, which has received partial funding from the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and has provided Social Rehabilitation services since 1986. Offering support to those who have experienced Mental/Emotional Distress resulting in Social Isolation, Friends &Advocates Peel provides members with opportunities to develop strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
