I’m a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and I am excited to be guiding you through your yoga journey! I have been practicing yoga since 2003 and it’s been an amazing adventure. Being able to help clients open their mind, body and spirit to a new way of being is an enlightening, passionate and rewarding experience for me. Being able to guide you through your personal fitness and healing, whether it be physically, emotionally or mentally gives me great joy. I’ve also always been mesmerized by all of you beautiful and strong women who take on the charm and challenge of motherhood. I feel honoured to be such an intimate part of that chapter in your life story. If you had asked me years ago if I planned to become a Yoga Instructor, I’d have said it didn’t even cross my mind. But through life experience, trials and tribulations, I’ve found part of my Dharma (Sanskrit for Life Purpose) and three amazing women, Dr. Sangeeta Bajaj, Jill McPherson (Yoga Instructor) and Michelle Cormack (Yoga Instructor & YTT Professor) are responsible for my taking this path. If it weren’t for them, I don’t know if I ever would have fallen in love with yoga. DESCRIPTION
Come out for a beautiful cleansing of your mind, body and soul in my weekly scheduled yoga classes :)
I will be teaching all kinds of Hatha Yoga from Room to Hot temperatures indoor, outdoor, private and on client location. I will also be offering specialty classes like, Prenatal and Post Natal Mom and Baby classes! Tell your friends and family, because as demand increases or I know of interest, I will begin scheduling them. I am a fully certified Yoga Alliance Hatha Yoga Instructor. I have moved from my previous location, I will be looking into new indoor facilities to teach my indoor classes in and have found a wonderful park nearby to teach the summer out door classes in. You will receive hands-on adjustments(with your permission of course) and one on one attention in my classes. I will teach you to become more knowledgeable about your practice and to make adjustments or corrections on your own as well. Each week, I will be posting a class schedule under an “Event” heading, for each individual class, depending on my personal availability. However, I will do my best to make accommodations if other times are more conducive to clients’ schedules. Keep watch for them, so you can sign up while spaces are still available. It will be first come, first serve. Don’t forget to tell your family and friends! You can write a review after class and share my main page on your timeline too! I do ask that you be mindful of the fact that although there is quite a bit of spots available, they do fill up. If you are unable to attend, please let me know ASAP, so I can fill your spot, rather than waiting last minute or just not showing up. I appreciate the fact that life does not always allow for this, but please respect it when it is possible. I would just hate to turn someone away because, spots are full and discover that I could have actually had a spot for them. :)
Also, if you show up late for class, you are still always welcome, but please wait until opening meditation is finished before entering, so not to disturb other students' meditation. THINGS YOU WILL NEED FOR CLASS:
