Most people don’t realize this… but your foot pain might NOT actually be a foot problem 👀

Your feet are your foundation.
If they’re off → your knees, hips, and back pay the price.

Custom orthotics aren’t just “shoe inserts”… they’re medical support designed specifically for YOU.

Here’s what they can do 👇

✔️ Correct alignment & posture
✔️ Reduce foot, knee, hip & low back pain
✔️ Help conditions like plantar fasciitis, flat feet & high arches
✔️ Improve comfort in daily walking or workouts
✔️ Prevent injuries from poor mechanics
✔️ Improve mobility & performance

And the biggest difference?
They’re made for YOUR feet — not a generic template.

We see patients all the time who struggle for years…
and one proper pair of orthotics changes everything.

If you stand all day, work out, or have pain walking — it might be time to check your foundation.

DM “FEET” or book an assessment to see if you’re a candidate 👣

Snow shoveling seems harmless… until your back reminds you otherwise ❄️

Most winter back injuries don’t come from the snow — they come from how we move.

A few small adjustments can make a big difference:
✔️ Lift less, move smarter
✔️ Protect your spine, not strain it
✔️ Pace yourself — fatigue leads to injury

If your back feels sore, stiff, or “off” after shoveling, don’t ignore it. Early care can prevent a small strain from becoming a bigger issue.

Stay safe this winter 🤍

Looks like today is the perfect day to talk about FROZEN 🥶 SHOULDER 🧊🧊🧊🧊

Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness, pain, and limited range of motion in the shoulder joint. It typically develops gradually over time and can worsen if left untreated. The exact cause of frozen shoulder is not always clear, but it often occurs following periods of immobilization or lack of use of the shoulder joint, such as after surgery, injury, or prolonged periods of inactivity.

Signs and symptoms of frozen shoulder may include:

Pain: Persistent pain in the shoulder joint, often dull and aching, which may worsen at night or with movement.
Stiffness: Gradual onset of stiffness in the shoulder joint, making it difficult to perform everyday activities such as reaching overhead, dressing, or combing hair.

Limited Range of Motion: Decreased ability to move the shoulder joint in all directions, including lifting the arm overhead, rotating the arm outward or inward, and reaching behind the back.

Progressive Loss of Function: Over time, the shoulder may become increasingly immobile, with decreased function and difficulty performing tasks that require shoulder movement.

Painful Activities: Certain movements or activities may exacerbate pain and stiffness in the shoulder, such as reaching, lifting, or carrying objects.

It’s important to note that the symptoms of frozen shoulder can vary in severity and may worsen over time if not properly treated. Early intervention with physical therapy is key! Contact us for help!

🌟👀 Wondering who’s most at risk for joint pain? Let’s break it down! Whether you’re trying to manage pain or prevent it, knowing the risk factors can make a big difference. Here’s who should be extra mindful:

Elderly: As we age, our joints wear down naturally. Older adults are often in the frontline when it comes to joint pain. 🧓👴

Obese Individuals: Extra weight puts additional pressure on your joints, especially the knees and hips. Maintaining a healthy weight can help ease the burden. ⚖️🏋️‍♂️

Vitamin D Deficiency: Not enough sun? Low Vitamin D can lead to weaker bones and increased joint pain. Consider a Vitamin D supplement or more sunny walks! ☀️💊

Sedentary Lifestyle: If you’re not moving much, your joints are not either! Staying active helps keep your joints healthy and lubricated. 🏃‍♀️💨

Post-Surgery without Rehab: Jumped back into life too quickly after surgery? Proper rehabilitation is key to avoiding long-term joint issues. 🚑🛌

Those with Arthritis or Osteoporosis: These conditions directly affect your joints and bones, making pain more likely. Regular check-ups are crucial! 🩺📋

Are you in one of these groups? Taking steps to address these factors might just keep that joint pain at bay! 🌈💪
