Direct Billing is now available! Details below 👇

Our booking system, Clinicsense, is now fully integrated with Telus E-Claims. This means that all of our patients who submit claims for reimbursement can now avoid out-of-pocket expenses via direct billing when visiting Level Osteopathy. Whether it is partial or full coverage, we can provide direct billing at the time of your appointment.

How to set it up?

It's simple! To avoid loss of treatment time during visits, we will be forwarding a new E-Claims Consent form to all of our ongoing and regular patients. Please fill in the form with your private health insurance information, and it will automatically update in our system for your next appointment. Expect the email over the next few days.

Coming Soon - Direct Billing

We are thrilled to announce that Level Osteopathy will soon offer direct billing through Telus eClaims as part of our booking and payment system.

In just a few weeks, our new ClinicSense feature will allow us to conveniently bill your extended and private insurance providers directly after your treatment. This means less hassle for you, as it will minimize time spent on paperwork and reduce out-of-pocket expenses.

With this integration, we’ll be able to process claims in mere seconds, which will help decrease entry errors and eliminate any upfront costs for our patients.

Once everything is fully set up, we will inform all our patients about this exciting change and ensure that your insurance policies are updated in our system.

On another note,

we are excited to announce that waitlists are now available through our online booking platform at www.levelosteopathy.com

When you go to schedule an appointment online, you’ll notice an option at the bottom of the booking tab provided by Clinic Sense that allows you to join our virtual waitlist. Simply select your preferred day and time, and our system will automatically notify you if there’s a cancellation or rescheduling for that time slot, within a reasonable timeframe.

However, I want to emphasize that last-minute changes to appointments are quite rare. Therefore, if you’re booking online, it’s still advisable to secure your appointment in advance, whether it’s for a routine check-in or a new treatment case.

One of the most fulfilling elements of working in a clinical setting is when patients articulate new aspirations and health pursuits. A true indicator of a patient’s personal progress is their ability to continuously elevate their goals. While it’s always encouraging to hear a patient say that symptom A or pain B has diminished, what truly resonates is when they transition from relying on frozen meals and fast food to enrolling in a cooking class, or when they choose to take their child out of preschool early so they can actively play on the jungle gym instead of just watching from the sidelines.

Those moments provide all the validation I could ever ask for regarding the care provided. Any success we hold nationally all comes down to the patients' success holistically.

Maybe a classical osteopath is not for everyone, but progress is!
