As we move into the holiday season, Level Osteopathy is committed to giving back to our wonderful community and we need your help!
Our 5th annual food drive starts this Monday and ends on December 19th.

We will be donating all items to Fare Share Food Bank Oakville. A local food bank committed to ensuring all donations go to families in need within our community.

At your next appointment, please feel free to bring in any non-perishable items, such as:
Instant coffee
Canned beans, tomatoes, tuna, soups
Toothbrushes and toothpaste
Feminine hygiene products
Powdered baby formula
Please avoid glass jars if possible. We appreciate all donations to make our community better this holiday season.

All donors will be entered into a raffle with prizes such as a Tempur-Pedic pillow, a choice between an RMT session or a chiropractic adjustment, or a SPINCO Oakville gift card.

Our commitment to charity sponsorships and food drives stems from the loss of funding for non-profits that provide essential services like food, shelter, and grief support nearly a decade ago. As a result, these organizations are increasingly reliant on private and public support, and Level Osteopathy is proud to contribute to this cause.

Exciting End-of-Year Updates from Level Osteopathy!

As we approach the close of 2025, we want to share some important updates regarding our clinic schedules, appointment accommodations, waitlists, direct billing, and a warm welcome to our new team member!

At this bustling time of year, we want to remind both our current and new patients just how busy things can get at our clinics. To better serve you, we are extending our hours on select days, but spots fill up quickly due to our online booking system. We encourage everyone to schedule their follow-up appointments in advance to stay on top of your health!

To our new patients: we’re thrilled to introduce our online waitlist function! While we encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist, we recommend booking an appointment ahead of time as well. Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis through our online portal, so we cannot guarantee an earlier spot will open up. This way, you can secure your initial appointment while keeping an eye out for any earlier openings.

For our current patients seeking special arrangements, we strive to accommodate you whenever possible. However, with many extended health benefit plans renewing in January, it may become more challenging to fit in those extra appointments. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to make the most of your health benefits while being mindful of our clinic hours.

We are excited to share that we are fully integrated with E-Telus Claims, allowing us to direct bill to most providers listed below. If your provider is not included, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork for reimbursement. We recommend paying upfront for your appointments to avoid any potential hiccups with insurance, ensuring that we maintain our schedule for all patients. Please let us know if your plan has any coverage limitations or deductibles so we can invoice you correctly.

As a reminder, Level Osteopathy adheres strictly to all billing and insurance guidelines set forth by CLIHA. We are committed to maintaining integrity in all our claims.

And last but definitely not least, we are thrilled to announce the addition of the wonderful Catherine to our team! Catherine joined us as a part-time administrative assistant and community contact in October. Currently completing her undergraduate studies in kinesiology and pursuing graduate studies in sports psychology, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our clinic. Catherine will be in the lobby on Fridays, ready to assist with calls, emails, scheduling inquiries, and direct billing while we focus on providing top-notch clinical care.

Let’s prioritize our health and well-being as we head into the festive season, and gear up for a vibrant and active new year!

Coming Soon - Direct Billing

We are thrilled to announce that Level Osteopathy will soon offer direct billing through Telus eClaims as part of our booking and payment system.

In just a few weeks, our new ClinicSense feature will allow us to conveniently bill your extended and private insurance providers directly after your treatment. This means less hassle for you, as it will minimize time spent on paperwork and reduce out-of-pocket expenses.

With this integration, we’ll be able to process claims in mere seconds, which will help decrease entry errors and eliminate any upfront costs for our patients.

Once everything is fully set up, we will inform all our patients about this exciting change and ensure that your insurance policies are updated in our system.

On another note,

we are excited to announce that waitlists are now available through our online booking platform at www.levelosteopathy.com

When you go to schedule an appointment online, you’ll notice an option at the bottom of the booking tab provided by Clinic Sense that allows you to join our virtual waitlist. Simply select your preferred day and time, and our system will automatically notify you if there’s a cancellation or rescheduling for that time slot, within a reasonable timeframe.

However, I want to emphasize that last-minute changes to appointments are quite rare. Therefore, if you’re booking online, it’s still advisable to secure your appointment in advance, whether it’s for a routine check-in or a new treatment case.
