Anjeli Yoga's 200 Hour Teacher Training Program blends life affirming teachings, traditional yoga philosophy and alignment focused asana.

This program is for those considering a career as a yoga teacher and and/or yogis who seek to deepen their practice and knowledge through a structured, thoughtful and intense curriculum. Anjeli Yoga's Yoga Alliance CertifiedTeacher Training is an empowering program offered to awaken your inner yogi to live more authentically. By blending life-affirming teachings, traditional yoga philosophy and alignment focused asana practices, healing and transformation are inspired. You will be championed to delight in your authentic voice and to fully step into your truth so that you can begin to cultivate a more meaningful and empowered life of joy and love. Anjeli Yoga's curriculum incorporates the fundamentals of the practices of asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, and anatomy. Our 7 monthly intensive weekends will immerse you in deep study, self reflection and asana practice to create more balance in your body, mind and spirit. The curriculum and the asana practices will be intense and require a willingness to do some radical self-discovery as the body, mind and spirit revel in your unique expression of life. In return, at the end of this 200 hour program, you will have co-created a community of the heart, a stronger physical body, more awareness of your own radiant heart and the tools to continue on your journey of healing and growth. You will awaken your inner teacher with confidence to teach advanced classes with clarity and purpose, while teaching to the hearts of your students from your authentic heart.
