Last week, we had the honour of welcoming Shawna, from Amani Routes Counselling an experienced Mental Health Counsellor, as our special guest speaker here in Winnipeg.

She shared powerful insights on stress, emotional wellbeing, and practical ways to take care of our mental health in everyday life. Her session was truly eye-opening and incredibly supportive for everyone who attended.
