✨Ashtang Yoga: A Conscious Connection of Breath to Movement with Renu

Yoga arises from the diverse and evolving culture of India. The original goal of yoga is to unite mind, body and spirit through ethical, spiritual and physical practices.

Immerse yourself in the depth and tradition of Ashtang Yoga in this 2-hour workshop We begin with guided asana practice, linking movement with breath to build strength, stability and focus.

Then, you’ll be introduced to pranayama techniques to expand our breath capacity, calm the nervous system and refine energetic awareness of the chakras in preparation for meditation.

The experience concludes with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation that allows the body to rest while the mind enters a state of conscious relaxation, supporting integration and renewal on all levels.

Along the way, discover the meaning and significance of Ashtang mantras, including the Gayatri Mantra, Shanti Path Mantra and more.

This workshop offers a balanced journey of effort and ease — energizing the body, steadying the mind, and leaving you feeling grounded, clear and restored.

Arrive with an open heart and mind, ready to receive the teachings.

You’ll be given a list of mantras and their translations to continue your practice and connection beyond the workshop.

Welcome to LYT Slow Flow (Beginner Level)

Curious about the LYT Method but feeling unsure if it might be too challenging? This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you build confidence, strength and awareness at a supportive pace.

You are capable—this is the opportunity to move with intention and give your best effort.

Through a slower, accessible flow, you’ll learn intelligent movement patterns that support healthy posture and long-term strength. We explore body mechanics, breath, core stability and postural retraining to help optimize the way you move—so you can feel better today and for decades to come.

You don’t need to accept aging with pain. Stay strong for life. Move with more intelligence, build resilience and discover how good your body is meant to feel.

And of course, we have fun along the way—because strength training should keep you motivated and inspired.

This class is for anyone seeking transformation—those wanting freedom from pain, greater strength and mobility as they age, or anyone experiencing self-doubt.

No matter where you’re starting, you are capable of more than you think, and I am rooting for you every step of the way!

This slow-paced class includes movements such as lunges, downward facing dog and standing balance poses. We will take time to learn each pose and its progressions so you can build confidence and move with understanding. In some classes we will use chairs to provide support with standing balancing poses.

We move together as a team and meet you wherever you are in your practice. The class is adaptable and accessible, with options to support different levels of experience and comfort.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Dressing in layers is recommended—bring a sweater or socks for a cozy end-of-class relaxation. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat, or feel free to borrow one of ours.

In this special 75 minute class, you’ll be invited to listen within and receive the healing effects of guided meditation, restorative poses and a colouring exercise. Through breath awareness and relaxation, gently transform stress into a state of ease and bliss. Experience your body with greater clarity and compassion, and develop confidence in your ability to support your own health and well-being.

Together, we will explore an anatomical journey through the cardiovascular system to support optimal functioning and health of the heart, while recognizing the human body as a dynamic network of cells, systems and energetic communication. This practice invites you to acknowledge your being as a multidimensional organism—body, mind and spirit. Nourish each cell and revitalize every tissue, to support balance and harmony throughout the body.

One of yoga’s most powerful benefits for the heart is its ability to cultivate strength, resilience and adaptability, supporting a healthier and happier life. When practiced in community, these benefits can grow even stronger, as social connection helps amplify the positive effects.

🌟 Story Flow Yoga with Louise🧸

Story Flow is a creative yoga class for children ages 3–9 that blends movement, imagination and mindfulness🦁

Each class is built around a unique theme—like camping, bees, or the ocean—and invites children to explore yoga poses, breath work and calming techniques through guided storytelling or thematic play.🐢

We finish with a simple activity, such as a craft or sensory experience, to reflect on the theme and build connection.🐘

Led in a safe and encouraging environment, Story Flow nurtures growing bodies and minds, giving kids the tools to move, breathe and thrive - both on and off the mat.🪿
