Hi, I’m Kayla!

I am incredibly excited to announce that I will be accepting clients out of Even Flow Wellness Centre.

I am a Postpartum Doula certified by Doula School Canada and holding certifications in Basics of Lactation Management from La Leche League Canada trained by IBCLC and “When Survivors Give Birth.” I strive to provide compassionate, trauma and evidence-informed perinatal health support to individuals and families in Southwest Manitoba. Services offered span a range of fertility support, pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum care, infancy, and pregnancy loss. My practice operates as a hybrid model, offering in-person services within Southwest Manitoba and virtual consultations across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

My goal is to fill service gaps in rural communities by offering accessible, client-centred care that complements—not replaces—medical services. My background in nursing education provides a foundation for continuity of care, emphasizing science-backed practices, emotional support, education, and advocacy. All intakes will begin with a consultation appointment to gather necessary information to be able to provide resources, education, and customized care plans.
