Chaotic moments do not make a morning. Chaotic mornings do not make a day.
Stepping away for a moment to stand outside. Stopping to look at the sunrise. Taking a breath and remembering these are little people and they are learning from me. So, a moment doesn’t have to set the tone for the entire day. Heading back inside to let my calm help quiet the storm.

We take the kids Trick or Treating . We will sit in the car in front of a house as they flex their wings and walk to the door together. We also walk them down the street and wait on the sidewalk. Or we walk to the door with them.
They’re safe, they’re having fun, and they’re sharing it with us. I love it. 🥰
