✔General tasks associated with a pharmacy technician or assistant

✔Inventory management: placing & receiving orders and stock replenishment

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
✅Previous practical experience or formal training in a pharmacy setting
✅Superior communication skills
✅Organizational and problem solving skills

✅The ability to work in a team setting
✅Previous experience with the Kroll pharmacy software system is an asset.

Super Thrifty Drugs Canada Ltd. is seeking a full-time Accounting Technician to join our head office team.

𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✔Perform full cycle accounting
✔Maintain, monitor, and reconcile GL accounts including cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, accounts payable and accrued liabilities, inter-company and obtaining data from point of sale (POS) system
✔Identify issues and errors, investigate discrepancies, and discuss with supervisor to develop resolutions
✔Filing monthly or quarterly government remittances
✔Work collaboratively and develop and maintain relationships with team members

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
✅Education in business administration or accounting is considered an asset
✅Proficiency in using spreadsheets with a background in accounting and data entry
✅Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
✅Well organized and able to maintain a clean filing system with strong time management skills
✅Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
✅Strong interpersonal and communications skills
