Focus Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic was established in 2006 by Derek & Jennifer Elliott.

The clinic is located at 1st St. and College St. in Brandon, Mb. The clinic has 4 semi private and 2 private treatment rooms, as well as a fully equipped exercise and stretching area. There is free parking in the parking lot, and a bus stop nearby on 1st St. for your convenience. Our Mission
We will provide quality therapist-patient interactions which educate and enable the patient to reach the highest level of physical function possible. Our Vision
We will help our patients achieve their highest level of physical abilities, by providing honest, caring and motivating treatments. Physiotherapists treats a variety of conditions, from minor injuries to more serious ones. At Focus Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, you will be given a comprehensive initial assessment, including a detailed history and physical exam. Following the assessment your therapist will provide you education regarding your injury, and outline a detailed treatment plan including an approximate number and frequency of treatments, in-clinic treatment options and a home exercise program. There is a variety of in-clinic treatment options available to you, including the following:

Acupuncture
Electrotherapy – TENS, Interferential Current, Neuromuscular Stimulation
Therapeutic Ultrasound
Therapeutic Heat/ Ice
Joint Mobilizations
Soft Tissue Massage
Myofascial Release
Kinesio Taping
Custom Orthotics are also available for purchase. These are commonly used to assist with foot and knee injuries.

2024 Race RMNP is in the books. This is a yearly tradition for our family. We highly recommend this race. Training, racing and celebrating alongside each other is nothing short of amazing! Family, fresh air and exercise wins every time!! Our Focus Physio littles keep getting faster every year!!

Well friends, that’s a wrap on my 3rd half marathon. I hated running until 3 years ago. One day I decided to slow down and try to enjoy it. I lowered my expectations and just went with it. And now here I am. Slow and steady. Not sure I will ever be fast. But I’m crossing that finish line! Believe in yourself! You can do hard things. Your body is capable of what your mind allows. Our Focus family is here to support you in any adventure or goal you set for yourself! All you have to do is believe ❤️✨
