This past Saturday we celebrated the Christmas Season with our team and their significant others! It was a wonderful evening filled with great food, lots of laughs, some games and wonderful company. Thank you to The Keg for making our evening so wonderful!

In order to keep yourself sufficiently hydrated, you should be consuming half your body weight in ounces of water daily. Ex: If your weight is 160 lbs you should be consuming 80 ounces of water daily. Including electrolytes is even better! Sipping throughout the day versus chugging is best!
