Saying goodbye is never easy but I’ll cherish the moments & people I’ve met along the way within my nurse injector career in Manitoba.

A very special thank you to my business partner, colleague, work “mom” .sher for starting this exciting journey ALL in with me 🥹 .beauty.medispa for being such an amazing clinical director, (& ) for mentors & friend 🥰
AND of course, my clients that made my time as a nurse injector in Brandon so much fun.

I’m beyond grateful for all of the lessons learned, the friendships made, and the memories created.

Neuromodulator/Tox 🚫 MYTHS 🚫

1. Tox will give me a frozen face - neuromodulators are injected to softly relax your muscles; no freezing!

2. Injections are painful - injections are minimally invasive with little downtime. Some areas can be a little “spicier” 🌶️ than others at time of treatment however most clients describe it as a quick pinch/poke.

3. My wrinkles will worsen if I stop getting tox - if you decide to stop maintenance treatments, fine lines & wrinkles will gradually return with repeat muscle movement.

4. Tox is permanent - Though we are unable to “dissolve” tox, treatment lasts approx. 3-4 months.

5. Tox is only used for cosmetic purposes - we also administer Tox for therapeutic purposes ie: for migraines related to muscle strain, for excessive sweating to underarms, hands and feet & jaw clenching
