A bit about Noah…

Noah is a student Registered Massage Therapist set to graduate from RMT school in May 2027. Over the past five years, he has played competitive volleyball at Assiniboine College, where firsthand experience with athletic injuries deepened his understanding of the human body and its recovery process. With a strong passion for helping others, Noah is dedicated to supporting clients in advancing their athletic performance while working toward a pain-free, balanced lifestyle. As a student massage therapist, he currently focuses on relaxation massage while continually expanding his skills and clinical knowledge throughout his education. Noah is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

MOBILITY?

Can you touch your toes? If not, it’s no big deal, anatomical and physiological variations exist in many of us and touching your toes doesn’t mean you’re the best. My knees hyperextend quite easily naturally and this has lead to chronic knee issues in the past as I was born with quite lax tissue. Aka, mobility does not always mean functionality and touching your toes is not the goal ✅

Whether it is 15 minutes or 1 hour, getting outside and going for a walk is one of the easiest ways to regulate your nervous system. This can help aid in digestion too! If you’re having an “off” day, going for a quick walk is a great first step to get back on track 👍🏻💙
