I've been feeling the burn out of doing all the things all the time. I was in desperate need of a mama moment to remember who I am, and I found the moment through the doors of Baby Bump and into the beautiful space Lily has created.

I love sharing space with services that help women reconnect with who they are outside motherhood, their job and the demands of life. Helping women carve out a hour or more for themselves is what we love.

And I got to do that for myself and it was worth every moment. Lily was able to sort out my dry scalp, headaches and tension all in one blissful hour and then reset me for the chaos of motherhood.

Im definitely going to be booking again, plus a gift card is on my Christmas list and I've already gifted a headspa service as it truly is what everyone needs
