I’m happy to announce that I will be starting back to work on Monday, May 11. It feels like it has been a long eight weeks but have enjoyed my time doing online courses and spending quality time with my family. Now am excited to get back to work. I’ve spent the last week getting all PPE in place to keep you and me safe. Tomorrow will be the end of a chapter in my career for me. It will be the last day as an employee at FPC. I would like to thank Jim And Jill Frederickson for giving me the opportunity to work for them for the last 14 and a half years! Thank you for giving me the trust and independence to grow as an Athletic Therapist!

As of Friday, September 1, I will be working as an independent Athletic Therapist out of FPC! I am very excited to continue working with my present and future clients under the name of Champion Athletic Therapy! I look forward to building mine as well as Tyler's business at FPC.

In the near future I will have a new logo, website, and branding that I am very excited about! Stay posted for the teams I will be working with and continuing education courses I will be taking to stay up to date in helping clients move better, feel better, and live better!

My order of HawkGrips came in today! I will be using these tools as part of a treatment to help tendinopathies, postural abnormalities, myofascial pain, entrapment syndromes, ligament pain, scar tissue/adhesions, and edema reduction. They work great at breaking up trigger points to loosen muscles and increase range of motion.

Tomorrow I start two of eight presentations for the Brandon City Police! I will be speaking on the importance of thoracic spine and hip mobility and how it relates for the law enforcement profession. Ways to prevent and improve them. Should be fun!
