6 years ago during COVID… women were leaking, confused, and being told to “just do kegels.”

That wasn’t cutting it.

I was already teaching pelvic floor in person…
and I could see it clearly:

Women didn’t need more random workouts
they needed a plan that actually worked.

So I built a 12-week program that:
→ taught them how their body actually works
→ built from foundation → core → full body strength
→ gave them a clear path (finally)

And it worked.

But here’s the truth most programs miss…

No, but actually. 👇

I was invited by and to lead a 10-minute stretch at — an event for women entrepreneurs in Paris, Ontario — and I wasn’t about to let that moment be basic.

So before we got into it, I had the whole room yell VA**NA!

Because here’s the thing — if we can’t say the word, we definitely aren’t talking about what’s happening to it.

And pelvic floor health deserves to be in the conversation, even (especially) in a room full of powerhouse women.

We stretched. We laughed. We talked about our bodies like they matter.

And I walked away from that event feeling something I didn’t expect — like I am exactly where I’m supposed to be, doing exactly what I’m supposed to be doing.

The women I met that day were generous, inspiring, and so incredibly welcoming. That energy is everything.
