2016 is trending… to me, 2016 was the year I started the journey without realizing it.

In 2016…
📌I was just starting my business
👶 🧒 William was a baby, Henry was 3
🦫 Roots Canada was basically our family uniform
🏃🏻‍♀️ I was signing up for Tough Mudder races like “sure, why not?”
👯‍♀️ My friends were showing up to Fitness with Baby classes before I fully believed in myself

I didn’t have a roadmap.
I didn’t have a polished brand.
I definitely didn’t have all the answers.

But I was starting to feel the pull.
Toward women’s health.
Toward prenatal, postpartum and midlife bodies.
Toward pelvic floor work that actually helps women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again.

Fast forward 10 years…
I’ve learned more than I ever thought possible—about bodies, seasons of womanhood, business, confidence, and trusting your gut.

And here’s the real part:
I still feel messy sometimes.
I still second-guess.
I’m still learning, adjusting, evolving.

The difference now?
I trust myself through the mess.

That uncertain 2016 version of me didn’t disappear—
She just got braver.

✨ Still messy. Still growing. Still showing up.

If I stayed hunched over all day trying to “sit up straight,”
I’d be exhausted 😅

Instead, this is what I do:
I release my chest while reading emails
and let my posture improve naturally.
