Great news! 🎉
Social Services Workers are now recognized by the CRA as authorized medical practitioners for the purpose of the medical expense tax credit.
🤝This means that Golden Age Management clients may be eligible to submit a portion of the costs of their sessions on their taxes.

Please checkin with your accountant or CRA to confirm eligibility for your individual situation.

7 years ago, I pushed myself far outside my comfort zone.

I had just come out of a rocky relationship, was graduating college, and had enrolled in my yoga teacher training. I had the vision and passion, but I lacked confidence and experience.

Still, I took a leap of faith and co-hosted my first Women’s Day Wellness event with a family friend, .

Through community and vulnerability, we were able to bring it together. We collaborated with incredible women and entrepreneurs to create a day of reflection, movement, and connection, including and to name a few!

I remember feeling sick to my stomach the night before from nerves. I had so many expectations of how it should go and whether I would be “good enough.”

Over the years, I’ve learned that meaningful experiences rarely come from perfection. They come from showing up, being real, and allowing things to unfold.

Today, I facilitate and run groups regularly, and I still carry those lessons with me. The pressure to be perfect has softened, replaced by a deeper appreciation for connection, community, and the courage it takes to simply begin.

I’m grateful for the women who supported me then and the many women who continue to inspire and uplift each other today.

I’m happy to share that I’ll be returning to teaching yoga and movement classes in the new year. ✨
Yoga and fitness have played a significant role in my life, and after completing my teacher training in 2020, it was a privilege to guide others in their practice.
