“I actually felt confident in a tight dress and an open back top this summer…”

Read that again 👆🏼

Because that feeling right there? That’s what most women are really chasing.

Not just a number on a scale. Not a smaller pair of jeans.

But the confidence to walk into a room feeling strong, proud, and more importantly… like yourself again 💫

10 weeks ago, she didn’t have a dramatic “before.” She came in with a solid foundation:
👉🏼 Already lifting,
👉🏼 Already mindful,
👉🏼 Already doing pretty well on her own.

But she wanted more. More shape. More strength. More confidence. More proof that her effort was actually working.

Since then, she’s:
✅ Dropped nearly 5 lbs
✅ Lost 3 inches off her waist
✅ Gained visible upper body definition
✅ Travelled for 2 weeks to Poland (and still progressed!)
✅ Navigated demanding work weeks
✅ And she recently said “YES” to our November photoshoot to celebrate her transformation.

But maybe the biggest win?

She didn’t restrict.
She didn’t overhaul her life.

She just got a plan, stuck to it, lifted with intention, tracked with flexibility AND showed up for herself. Even on the hard days.

This is what building a sculpted lifestyle actually looks like.

✖️ You don’t need to be “starting over.” You don’t need to hit rock bottom.

✔️ You just need to be ready to take the next step forward - with support, structure, and someone in your corner.

If you’re tired of doing this on your own and ready to not just feel good in that fav pair of jeans again, but be proud of the woman you see in the mirror…

Just because you’re away doesn’t mean your goals are too.

This weekend I’m surrounded by family, sun, snacks, and just a little chaos (hello, 4 small kids under 1 roof), so I lean on my non-negotiables instead of trying to be “perfect” (whatever that even means).

✅ Daily movement (even if it's doing the stairs up to the cottage and back to the beach a million and one times for fulfill snack requests)
✅ Breakfast, lunch + snack on plan
✅ Dinner? Protein + veggies + moderation
✅ More H2O than caffeine or alcohol
✅ Alone time = time to recharge
✅ And I’m not stepping on a scale when I get home.

Spending time away doesn't mean that your goals go on vacation too...
.. It's about putting everything you've learned into real-life action and proving to yourself that you can maintain your progress even when routine isn't perfect.

So, I gotta know...

POV: I’m the passenger princess en route to a cottage weekend of chaos, car snacks, and questionable sleep… but also full of funz, sun and memories!

But also: it’s August 1st, and I know some of you are already spiraling thinking “I should be further ahead.”

And also between you and I, 👆🏼👆🏼 has even crossed my mind as we continue to work our way through summer.

So, let me lovingly interrupt that internal chaos.

📢 You’re not behind. You’re in progress.

Progress that doesn't always show up as weight dropped, inches lost, or perfect macros.

Sometimes it looks like:
👉🏼 Saying yes to a weekend away, different meals, different routines... All guilt-free
👉🏼 Choosing rest without spiraling or maybe just choosing to be present and not necessarily perfect
👉🏼 Catching your all-or-nothing mindset in real time and not acting on it

And the big one... Just because the weekend wasn't your "norm", you didn't lose progress or set yourself back.

There's no need to start over on Tuesday... you just have to continue.

Remember - each new month doesn't have to be a "new start"... Instead use it as an opportunity to check-in with yourself.

Does something need to shift?
Is everything going as it should?

So, let’s keep showing up… even when it’s messy, loud, or covered in bug spray!

Stop overcomplicating your plate.

You don’t need a Pinterest-worthy, chef-level recipe to hit your macros.

Some of my most macro-friendly, delicious go to meals are what I like to call Macro Mashups... Literally just random combinations of whatever’s prepped, portioned, or about to go bad in the fridge.

How to make your own Macro Mashup:

Protein? ☑️
Carbs? ☑️
Fats? ☑️
Veggies? ☑️
Flavour aka a little hit of sauce or seasoning? ☑️

Delicious? Almost always (dont get me wrong... I've had some flops 🫢)

Sometimes it’s not about gourmet.
It’s about simplicity and what is going to feel easy (because if it's easy, you'll do it again).

If you do it again = consistency

Consistency = results 👌🏼

its also a great way to use up that questionable salad mix that's been sitting on your crisper but you're not quite ready to let it go 😉

The universe is a crazy thing when you think about it..

The first time I walked into , I was a .ca client with .

I was just six months in and just beginning to believe in what was possible.

Now, a year and a half later, walking into to the same space for another .ca event felt a little surreal

This time, I wasn’t following the workouts, I was there to help lead them alongside coaches I looked up to (and obviously still do!)

And now our coaching team is even bigger with coaches

Funny how this thing called life works when you simply decide to show up and put in the work 💫

That only happens when you're willing to dive in to the uncomfortable truth of where you are - and more importantly, why.

If you're ready to get brutally honest with yourself, swipe through and ask yourself these questions.
