Feeling a little anxious in the dental chair? You’re not alone! 😅
Try this simple box breathing technique to help calm your nerves:

👉 Inhale for 4 seconds
👉 Hold for 4 seconds
👉 Exhale for 4 seconds
👉 Hold for 4 seconds

Repeat a few times while you're getting your cleaning — it helps slow your heart rate and ease tension.
Bonus! Make sure you are pushing your tongue up to activate the Vegas nerve for that whole-body calm! 💆‍♀️🦷👅
