This workshop-style class includes dynamic flows of asanas/postures, powerful pranayama/breath techniques, moments of stillness & meditation, mantras & chants and a general sense of well-being.
Kundalini Yoga is derived from Hatha Yoga.
It utilizes a variety of breathing techniques to create dynamic effect. The practice of Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings.
