Pre-registration for Baby and Me is OPEN! Come join Ella and I on Thursdays from Sept 14th-Nov 9th from 11:30am-12:30pm at the Brantford YMCA. No previous experience is required. Please be sure you have received postpartum clearance from your medical professional before participating. Mats are provided. Please bring a blanket and any toys for baby, a water bottle, and your little one đź’›

3.Ensure your Location is set to “Laurier Brantford YMCA”
4.Search for “Yoga”
5.Click on “Registration Information”
6.Click on “Register”
7.Follow the registration steps and checkout (the class will appear as $0)
