30 years in Canada today 🇨🇦❤️

30 years ago, my sister and I came to Canada with two suitcases, big dreams, strong faith, and probably no real idea what we were getting ourselves into 😄

We came together, supported each other through everything, worked hard, laughed, cried, learned, and built a life step by step.

Back then, it was just the two of us…
and now look at us , grandkids, big family dinners, loud houses, beautiful memories, and so much love everywhere ❤️

Canada gave us opportunities, friendships, lessons, challenges, and a place to call home. It gave us the chance to grow, to build, and to become who we are today.

Looking back, I feel so grateful for every struggle and every blessing because they all brought us here.

From Romania to Canada… 30 years later and my heart is so full.

Thank you, Canada 🇨🇦
And thank you to my sister for always being by my side through it all.

From just 2 of us… to all of us ❤️

You’re IN!! Yes, you are… because it’s simple, it’s doable, and it will help you move through the holiday season feeling strong, calm, and amazing.
✅ Your 3 Daily Things
1. Move your body
Even 5–10 minutes counts. Walk, stretch, Pilates, a quick workout—just move.
I will send you daily workouts, or you can use the hub to pick your favorites.
2. Nourish yourself
Choose one thing that supports your health today:
– a healthy meal
– more water
– a tea instead of a sugary snack
– adding greens
– anything that makes your body feel good
I’ll also send you some daily recipes and inspiration.
3. Do one thing for your peace
This can be super small:
– 2 minutes of deep breathing

From 115 kg to Ironman 70.3 finisher — in less than a year.

When Vlad first reached out to me earlier this year, he weighed 115 kg and had just completed a 10 km run — exhausted but determined. He told me he wanted to change everything: his body, his health, his performance, his mindset.

We started working online, focusing on nutrition, physical preparation, and targeted supplementation — everything personalized to his metabolic profile and training goals.
Step by step, week after week, his discipline and consistency changed everything.

On November 2nd, at 86 kg, he crossed the finish line of an Ironman 70.3 — with a smile on his face and energy left in the tank.

What makes this transformation special isn’t just the numbers — it’s the mindset. Vlad turned discipline into a lifestyle.
