I’m excited to share a powerful challenge for all of us. Starting today, we commit to doing 3 great things for ourselves every single day until Christmas.
You’re IN!! Yes, you are… because it’s simple, it’s doable, and it will help you move through the holiday season feeling strong, calm, and amazing.
✅ Your 3 Daily Things
1. Move your body
Even 5–10 minutes counts. Walk, stretch, Pilates, a quick workout—just move.
I will send you daily workouts, or you can use the hub to pick your favorites.
2. Nourish yourself
Choose one thing that supports your health today:
– a healthy meal
– more water
– a tea instead of a sugary snack
– adding greens
– anything that makes your body feel good
I’ll also send you some daily recipes and inspiration.
3. Do one thing for your peace
This can be super small:
– 2 minutes of deep breathing
– stepping outside for fresh air
– gratitude
– prayer
– journaling
– a quiet moment with your tea

Give yourself a “Good job!” moment.
Celebrate the effort. Say to yourself:
“I’m proud of me! I totally rock this life!”

Treat yourself to something small that feels good—
a warm bath, a cozy tea, a Christmas song you love, or 5 minutes with your favorite book.
✨ If you complete all 3:
Give yourself a gold star for the day ⭐

PLUS choose a weekly bigger reward:
– a face mask
– a special coffee
– a walk at a Christmas market with a friend
– 20 minutes just for YOU
– or anything that fills your heart
