Sometimes what looks like “laziness” is actually emotional exhaustion. 😞
When we spend long periods of time in stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or survival mode, even simple tasks can begin to feel heavy.
Mental exhaustion can show up as:
• difficulty concentrating
• irritability
• emotional numbness
• procrastination
• overthinking
• needing constant recovery time
You are not failing for needing rest.
Healing is not always about pushing harder.
Sometimes it begins with slowing down, acknowledging what you are carrying, and allowing yourself support. 🧘♀️
