Today we had the honour of attending First Responders Day at Six Nation’s community hall, graciously hosted by Six Nations Council.

We take this moment to acknowledge and recognize the dedication, courage, and resilience of all first responders. It was a privilege to sit down, listen, and connect with many of you; hearing firsthand about the realities you face in your roles.

From missing holidays and family time, to navigating traumatic incidents, workplace stress, and ongoing health challenges; your stories carry both weight and strength. Today was about more than recognition; it was about sharing space, building relationships, and holding compassion for one another.

Thank you for the work you do every day, often unseen and under immense pressure. Your commitment to our communities does not go unnoticed.

We are deeply grateful. 🚑🚓🚒

🌿 Holding Space After Baby: A Postpartum Group 🌿
You don’t have to navigate the postpartum journey alone. Join us for a supportive, welcoming space where you can connect with other moms, share your experiences, and receive mental health support during this important transition.

2 Options:
💬 Who it’s for: Moms from 0–18 months postpartum
👶 Babies are welcome

We are proud to share that yesterday marked the grand opening of our new location at 22 Charing Cross Street in Brantford.

It was a truly special day as we celebrated alongside our dedicated staff, supportive family and friends, members of our community, and the Mayor. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to be part of this meaningful milestone.

This new space represents our continued commitment to providing compassionate, accessible care and creating a welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors.
