Hope Pregnancy & Family Support Centre Our free and confidential services aim to provide holistic care for women and their families facing unplanned pregnancy and other related concerns.

We provide one-on-one peer support, parenting classes and practical assistance as needed. We offer services for women and their families not only through their unplanned pregnancies but through their postnatal and early parenting years. We also offer tangible resources as support including options counsel, prenatal care, postnatal care, parenting; support for dads and dads-to-be as well as other areas of their lives such as grief and loss, life skills and more. We take a holistic approach to meeting the needs of each client by meeting them where they are along their journey. We are here because we care. Hope Pregnancy and Family Support Centre is a Christian charity that provides specific health care to clients including STI testing and treatment, contraception options support, and pregnancy testing and options support. We refer clients to primary care or other relevant care providers for other ongoing care needs including prenatal care and ongoing prescriptions like contraception or PEP/PrEP. We do not provide or arrange for abortion or abortion pill reversal. For those clients who do not have, or are uncomfortable with seeing their primary care provider, we will work with you to find care options that are available in our local area. This may mean referral to telehealth.

🌸 Nurturing Bonds – A “mommy & me” style group for connection, support, and practical tips and tricks to help you thrive.

👨‍👩‍👧 Active Parenting – A 4-week course where you’ll receive a certificate of completion! Learn about age and stage of development, discipline instead of punishment, and the power of smart play.

🍽️ Alpha – A new group for connection, support, and a safe place to ask questions about life and faith. Lunch is provided!

💛 A Family’s Journey with Hope Centre 💛

We had the privilege of listening to this wonderful family share how Hope Centre supported them as they prepared for their little one and navigated early parenthood.

They spoke about the encouragement and guidance they received from peer support workers, the connection and learning gained in a couple’s prenatal class, and the relief and rest mom found in Growing Hearts. For them, these programs weren’t just services—they were lifelines and spaces to grow, recharge, and support one another.

Our Story

It is our privilege at the Pregnancy & Resource Centre-Brant to serve women and their families not only through their unplanned pregnancies but through their post natal and early parenting years. We offer tangible resources as support including options counsel, prenatal care, post natal care, parenting; support for dads and dads-to be as well as other areas of their lives such as grief and loss, life skills and more. We take a holistic approach to meeting the needs of each client by meeting them where they are along their journey. On Thursday evenings there are appointments for men available, by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome until 4pm.
