🔹What are orthotics? Where do I get them? What are they good for?

🔹All these questions are ones I get asked by patients when they see the orthotics boxes in the office. Let me give you some basic info!

🔹Orthotics are inserts for your shoes that can help with a variety of issues from foot pain, low arches, ankle/knee/back pain and even biomechanical issues with gait! These inserts are customized to YOU and the way you stand or walk. They are NOT a generic “one size fits all”, like ones you would find in your local pharmacy or shoe store. If you’ve tried the generic ones and haven’t found any relief, maybe custom orthotics are something you should try!
