This group is intended for SSP & RRP providers but is open to other practitioners as well 
Whether youâre new to SE or looking to further practice and deepen your SE orienting skills while connecting with like minded others, this group is designed to meet you exactly where you are at.
Please note:  
These experiential sessions will focus on practice together rather than lecture and note-taking, with attendees encouraged to apply the skills between meetings. Somatic Experiencing orienting skills are best learned through repetition.  Similar to a workout for the nervous system, regular practice can lead to rapid, transformative results, with or without the addition of SSP or other approaches. đ
