Grateful to the clients who reached out this past week, that they had received no response from requests put in for online booking. I contacted my online booking provider yesterday, they feel they have rectified any problems.

Did you know if you come across an individual who is anxious,

maybe sweating and is wheezing, they may be having an

asthma attack. If you find a person in this state, one of the first

important questions to ask them is if they use an inhaler. If

they answer yes, then you can assist them in getting their

inhaler to them.

As we are now well onto spring, what great health improvement actions have you taken? 10 extra minutes of walking per week, more water intake, beginner weight training?

A repetitive theme in all aging research materials is the importance of movement for the body.
Movement daily they stress over and over again. The nice thing is that not being sedentary doesn't mean we all have to go out for 30 minute run everyday. A 20 minute walk here, a 15 minute bike ride and so much more can make up the movement. By participating in non sedentary days the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive system the body's balance and so much more have fewer problems with them and aging as we know it is a more pleasant experience.
