I have 20 years experience working in the health and wellness field as well as training with depression, sexual trauma, self-harm, anxiety in it's many forms, marital discourse and infidelity. My passion is helping youth, young adults and couples but I work with clients from all walks of life. Our initial telephone consultation is free as I believe the therapeutic relationship is instrumental in achieving your therapeutic goals.
