Our doctors show up for our community in ways that go far beyond the clinic. They come together to support one another and the people they serve, while continuously expanding their knowledge to provide the best possible care. They are advocates, listeners, and leaders—carrying not only the responsibility of their work, but often the emotional weight of each day.

What they do is no easy task, and it never goes unnoticed. We deeply respect and appreciate everything they give, both in and out of the workplace. Thank you for all that you do for our community. 💙

Share some love in the comments for the doctors in our community!

Mental Health Week is a reminder that strong communities are built through connection.

This year’s theme, Come Together, Canada, is reflected across Brantford, Brant, and Norfolk as organizations work together to support mental health through a wide range of local events, resources, and shared learning opportunities. This collective effort highlights a commitment to building a more connected, supportive system of care for everyone.

This May, Canadians from across the country come together to recognize Mental Health Week. It’s a call to spark small, everyday actions of connection, and to recognize the role we all play in supporting mental health through connection.

Together, we can strengthen mental health, build healthier communities, and help more people feel connected, because connection strengthens mental health.
