• First we get to know you. How did you get to where you are today? What are your eating habits? What level of physical activity are you at? How is your lifestyle influencing your habits?

• Then we discuss goal setting and help you determine how much weight you want to lose.

• Next we will teach you about healthy eating habits, it's mostly about portions and balance but the combination of food you eat matters as well. We will also talk about the importance of water and vitamins in helping you lose weight and for your overall health.

• Then we will review the merits of exercise and talk to you about the key role it will play in your weight loss plan. (we always recommend that clients consult with their physician before starting a fitness program)

• We provide you with proven, proprietary fitness routines that you can do at your own pace and experience, with little equipment, in the privacy of your home.

• We then calculate, for your specific weight, height and activity level, how many daily calories you can consume in order to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.

• Your coach will arrange a grocery shopping trip with you and teach you how to read nutrition labels and how to shop for the right foods that will aid in reaching your weight loss goals.

• We also supply you with the tools needed to count your calories and keep track of what you consume.
